putting in solid training, RIDING the bike, and even building a new one, who knows what's going on
i posted so i could plug this race, benefits will go the the triathlon team, it's a "sustainable" race i'm quoting here:
Registration is $15 and includes a non-sweatshop made race shirt. Organic, local post-race food will be provided and look for composting and recycling stations. We have a recycled shoe drive, so bring your old running shoes and donate them (R-REUSE-R). Come out and support the VT Triathlon Team, Environmental Coalition and Green Team
